What do you mean by a repair system?+
Everything a repair needs from start to finish: being found in Google and AI assistants, online booking with prices, automatic status updates during the repair and a review request afterwards. You manage it all from one screen.
How quickly will my repair system be running?+
Usually within 1 working day after the intake. Setting up repairs, photos and texts takes at most 4 hours (Starter), 1 day (Professional) or 5 days (Premium), depending on your package.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?+
SEO (search engine optimisation) gets you high in Google. GEO (generative engine optimisation) makes sure AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini know and recommend your shop. With IndexNow we report new and changed pages straight away, so both pick you up faster.
How does my customer know how their repair is going?+
As soon as you change the status, for example from "In progress" to "Repaired", the customer automatically gets an email with a link to their own status page. With Professional and Premium this can also go by SMS.
Can I change repairs and prices myself?+
Yes, in every package you manage your own repairs and prices. We take care of the technology around them.
Am I tied to anything?+
No, all packages can be cancelled monthly. The one-off setup fee covers setting up your repair system.
