What exactly is the one-off setup fee?+

The setup fee covers setting up your whole repair system: connecting your domain name, setting up your logo and colour theme, entering repairs and prices, and writing texts. With Starter that is €250 (normally €499), with Professional €500 (normally €999) and with Premium €1,500 (normally €2,999), one-off and excl. VAT.

Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?+

Yes, at any time. We switch your account to the new package and usually activate the extra locations, expertise pages and features within a few working days.

What happens if I cancel?+

You cancel per month, with no further obligations. After cancelling, we take your repair system offline on an agreed date; you can have your repair data exported beforehand.

What exactly is an expertise page?+

An expertise page is a separate page for one brand and model, for example "iPhone 15 screen repair". These pages put you at the top of Google and AI search engines as soon as someone searches for exactly that repair. Starter includes 2, Professional 10 and Premium 50 per location.

Is there an annual contract behind the promotional price?+

No. The promotional price applies for the first 6 months, after which the regular monthly price applies. You're never tied to an annual contract and can always cancel per month.
