Managed Repairs was born behind the workbench. Years ago we started out repairing phones. What we learned there, about customers, parts and the daily rush in a repair shop, is now built into our repair system.
We know what a repair day looks like.
A device open on the workbench, the phone ringing and a customer at the counter asking whether their screen is ready yet. We know that situation from our own experience.
That's why we built the repair system so those questions answer themselves. Customers see online what a repair costs, book by themselves and are notified of the status automatically. You can do what you're good at: repairing.

Managed Repairs is developed and managed by softwaredam.com from Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. Our own team builds the system, hosts it on EU-sovereign servers and keeps an eye on it every day.
