Who is responsible?

Forms
When you request a demo, order a package or ask a question, we process the details you enter: your name, the name of your repair shop, email address, phone number, type of repair shop, preferred package and your message.
- We only use these details to contact you and to handle your request or order.
- The data is stored on servers within the EU and forwarded to our team by email.
- We don't sell your data and don't share it with third parties for marketing.
- To prevent abuse, we briefly count the number of requests per IP address. We don't store that IP address with your request.
Cookies and statistics
We store your cookie choice in a functional cookie (userConsent). Only if you accept cookies do we load Google Analytics to see anonymously how the website is used. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Your rights
You can always ask us to view, correct or delete your data. Email info@managedrepairs.com for this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
